How can I buy Phantom Karthus?

Is there anyway I can buy this skin? I just thought it was a pretty cool and intimidating looking skin after seeing someone playing Karthus with it, or is this skin unavailable in the game for all eternity?

Phantom karthus is in the legacy vault and will return once riot opens said vault.

Though we can't say when this will actually happen.

Right now it can only be gotten with the small chance of the Mystery Gifts. Other then that you have to wait till they open the vault.
