Why does Viridian Kayle still cost 520 when Chroma Packs exist?

because it is old and that was what skin where back then and when she get a relaunch as in one like Taric then it could be changed so something new and different like how emerald Taric was changed.

It has a splash art, one of the best ones in the game at that (imo).

And also it's really old.
