Yes, probably with the 2019 Lunar Revel and Heartbreaker events. Ahri's prestige skin would most likely be released during Lunar Revel and Evelynn's during Valentine's day, which would most fit their main themes too.
If they don't it would be super unfair for them, I don't think Riot will not release them! As an Evelynn mains I'm just waiting...
