an idea a weird one

i got an idea for a hero. this name for now lets call him fong zhu. just place holder.

it isn't a full fleshed out idea but here it goes

well i want to create the war general he is the richest man in league

''i fund wars for demacia and noxus.'. ''i don't hold grudges spilling blood is just my hobby.''

his love for war is not match by his greed and money.

he was raised in a village he stole food to survive. one day he hadn't eat in 2 or 3 days. his village was liberated from noxus. grasp . garen ''saved'' the town. homes were destroyed the market was raided. his hate for demacia stemmed from he had no food. 4th day he found a golden rock it had no value to him he had no concept what gold was or did .all he knew was that it was a rock he saw a critter he threw the rock with his strength he had left it hit the critter. that day he had food so it all began.

the story isn't that fleshed out if you want more i write more but this is just a part of it

now lets begin with skills

he has a lot of money so it wouldn't make any sense to have him buy items with gold . so it will turn in paychecks or another mechanic what is possible.

i am divide to make him a support or duelist.

Q ;he throw with valuable items like gold or with paper money

W; he makes a small wind tornado fueled with money the money cuts the enemy and gets bleed.

e; throws gold on the ground the enemy get basically charmed so greed

Q; summon people by cash and slow the enemy and his paper money gets a buff and sets it on fire

or llvl 11 bankruptcy basically the same but just all his skill a buff and a fire /bleed effect
