Vel'Koz VO Issues

Velkoz This has been eating me for ages, so with the new sound and music boards, I figured lets make this known! This is regarding what I think is an issue with Vel'koz's voice over. Vel'Koz's battlecast skin has several quotes unique to it, but they seem like instead of being unique to this skin, they're just missing from classic Vel'Koz. Coincidentally, they're all unique taunts. Is this intended? Here's the list:

Taunting ZileanZilean

  • "Zilean, there is a great secret within you."

Taunting KassadinKassadin

  • "A human who survived the Void? Implausible!"
  • "An evolution of man and Void, how unusual."

Taunting a YordleGnar Corki Lulu Poppy Tristana Teemo Rumble Corki Heimerdinger Veigar

  • "Yordle recognition complete."
  • "99% fur, 1% glee."

Taunting on the Howling Abyss (There is no icon for Poros here and I'm sad now.)

  • "Odd. Their intelligence drops in the pressence of Poros."

The weird thing is that I have the Battlecast skin, and I've never heard the special taunts. I've gone into custom games (with an AI opponent) with the intention of doing nothing but playing those taunts, and it never works. Even in player games, I've never done it. I once put myself into an incredibly risky position to try to get the Zilean one to work. Nothing.

Is there some secret to get them to work? I've done /taunt in front of the required enemy, and it just does the normal ones.

I agree, especially the Zilean and Kass interactions should be for classic

If you go to the LoL Wiki, these Battlecast Vel'Koz skins are listed as "Unused." I have no idea why they don't work. I've put myself in risky positions as well to try to trigger these hidden interactions, to no avail. I wish Riot would fix it.
