Reworked Gangplank's Laugh

please riot, please tell me there's a way for me to change the in-game voice files just to replace Gangplank's Laugh. I NEED him to keep his current Laugh, it's my favorite voice over in the game :(

also, does Spooky Gangplank finally has spooky ghost effects on his voice? If not, please consider it
