Kep the Bilgewater theme and Anoncer in the future For Bilgewater themed Skins and Champions.

It should be an optional thing like Sonas music on her legendary skin. Or like if you have 3 or more Bilgewater themed champions or skins on a team the Bilgewater theme and announcer plays instead of the regular theme.

In fact i think you should do the same thing for shadow isles or Freylord.

Maybe even eventually make Damacian and Noxus themes.
