Audio Language Support

I was just recently re-thinking about it. Last year (I think it was last year), I created a post on the forum saying that there were missing a language for North America : French.

Canada is a bilingual country and I find it really sad that now, with the new launcher, which makes the language switching easier, there's still no french options for North America.

I know that people can do it manually by switching files around and everything, but most people doesn't want to bother with it too much.

P.P.S. I also think that Riot should do another server for NA. (Right now people of the East coast have a better ping on the North Latin server than on NA)
