VO Language Selection

This was brought up a few times on the old forums but are there any plans to allow the player to chose the VO language while retaining the same client without doing the file altering work around? The work around works somewhat but also can crash the game and makes it very buggy.

What would be nice is if on each Champion page you can select the language for that champions VO.
