Issue Submitting Support Ticket

UPDATE 2018-04-06 I was informed that this bug should've been resolved at the beginning of this week. I just finished testing the steps that used to reproduce the bug and it allows me to submit a request now. For those who ran into this specific bug previously, can you test it out to see if you're still unable to submit a ticket?

Hey everyone,

I've been checking on a few reports on the Boards where you guys have had difficulties submitting a request through the Support Site--mainly when you try to submit a ticket, the website requests that you log in even though you were already logged in on the League of Legends website. After checking with one of the engineers, it looks like this is due to a bug where if you're previously logged in on the League of Legends website (eg. the Boards), it's not making a seamless transition to the Support Site.

As such, the navigation bar on top will notice you're still logged in, but when you try to submit a support ticket, the site will request that you log in. While this is being investigated by our engineer, you can work around this by logging out of the League of Legends website and logging into the Support Site before submitting your support ticket.

If you still have issues submitting a support ticket, please feel free to reply to this thread or reach out through the Riot Games Support Twitter so we can assist you with accessing the Support Site.

This game has turned into a pathetic joke. I was put on a 14 day suspension for cursing. Not cursing out a player, cursing out loud in chat at my mistakes being funny. GJ ruining your game by banning people for no reason. If cursing gets everybody banned and chat restricted lets not be dumb, stop letting curse words go through in chat. Pathetic, everybody at riot.

I got temp banned for saying "ggez" at the end of a game. Nothing else that entire game that was toxic, other than "gj" or "let's do drag" or stuff like that. Riot has turned into one big social justice warrior. Probably because of Riot Lyte.

"ggez" is a specific toxic term thats considered being toxic. Think about it, losing a game really hard and just having a really bad time for the entire game, and when it FINALLY ends, you're greeted with a nice "ggez" from the enemy team that destroyed you. It's pretty tilting and irritating.

it's not verbal abuse though. it's called bm. So... if you think bm is bannable, that means riot should remove emotes and mastery emote, right?

It is toxic though. Even in games like Overwatch, if you say "gg ez" in chat, the game replaces it with some stupid sentence. The phrase is toxic and its frankly super tilting to hear that after losing a hard game.

OMG thank you for finally looking into this! It has been happening for like, ever. I thought it was an intended thing so I didn't bother complaining before. But it's good to know that it is being looked into.

Never mind the support site still doesn't work, after logging back in using your loophole it says that i've been logged out and it later shows the error page

Can you show me a screenshot of the error you're seeing after trying to log into the Support Site with the workaround?

Im having the same problem, when I click on "My Tickets" it takes me to a page saying "you have been signed out" and then immediately redirects here. Im pretty sure this is the error message they're talking about.

im sad.... ive been having alot of rough games alot of bot lane camping no visions to many early power spikes and no way to get nto alot of games. im slowly losing all hope for this game being in my life. i really do enjoy this game but in ranked it just never seems to work rageblade is to much to deal with,there isnt enough anti crit items at managable prices, some champs if not banned just destroy everythign(often starter based chanps), and even with all the changes i just can seem to enjoy it as much. before i used to enjoy the chalenge of climbing in ranked now its over tedious and one you hear-an ally has been slain then pinged that it was ignite flash- with no way to do anytihng about any snowbaling not even a slight chance to get back. it just kills me inside and im going to be taking a break and going back to runescape of all games after i try to help in this competative thign for my friends. i just wanted to let you know that thier has to be a way to amake it a more team reliant game other then x champ is fed game. i know this is long and i probly wont hear anything but i gave it my all since ive started playing but now its just not worth trying anymore because of teh people wanting to be heros and not working as a team. love your top support main since 2k11 2k12 item 3070 item 3070

It should've been fixed on Monday, 2018-04-02, are you still having problems logging onto the Support Site to submit a ticket?

not to be mean , but I was on red tracker and quickly read (or misread is the better term) your name and thought it said Sion Groin and I thought what a great riot user name.

i still cannot issue a support ticket, i wish to request a permanent full chat ban on my own account, i feel chat is just pure toxic and i contribute to it as well. If i could not read the chat or type in it not only would i play better but i couldnt be toxic.

SAME THING ! BECOSE I PLAY ALONG TIME AGO*** and now with robot on aram trolling and all new young player that make solo ranked hard as they be becose trolling or need training on blind or ect ... tanks <!

You should still be able to submit a ticket if your account is banned. Are you running into a similar issue as described in https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-support/IiU4rJdY-issue-submitting-support-ticket?comment=0008000000000000 ?

It is NOT fixed! I can't submit tickets/requests and haven't been able to do so for as far as i can remember because i do not use this website wery often. But every time i've felt like submiting a request this "bugg" has allways been there. So no, RIOT Games have not fixed this bugg. And its the only way to Contact them also wich makes it even more.. what do you say? TILTING?!

If you get auto filled to jungle and you just don't think about your Summoner spells then you won't remember to change your spell to Smite which is essential to jungling if you don't take Smite you can't even jungle and you make your team pretty much just lose the game so will you please put a warning or automatically change a Summoner to smte to help with this problem Thank you: Chase Crabtree P. S. Love league of legends keep bringing great content and maybe a updated graphics setting that's optional for computers that can handle it? Just a thought

It will not allow me to choose a board to post my discussion to, but i would like to talk to a rioter about my ban, i know i was toxic, and i regret what i said, i genuinely feel bad, but this is the first punishment i have received in over a year and it was a straight perm ban, i will gladly post chat logs, but i feel as if the perm ban was excessive, and the fear of me losing my account with the money i have put into it has made me rethink what i say, again i am deeply sorry and if possible i would like a follow up by a rioter, thank you.

i couldnt comment to the 2019 new ranged changes maybe there is some bug or something anyway about the victorious reward it would be great if at the end of the season all players can vote about 5 champions for the skin that they want or you can make 5 victorious skins of the most voted ones and give to each one the skin that they most voted for

today I lost a total of 40 LP due to league client crashing on top of the lose of 40 LP I received a leaver buster for your game crashing on top of the problems of the game crashing in games I deal with freezing not cause my fps dropped or I have a crap pc the game just freezes sometimes when in teamfights sometimes in lane even when playing jungle I looked it up on youtube is there a way to stop this problem from happening and can it be fixed apparently not its a problem with the game fix ASAP I'm tired of losing LP and games in general for not my own mistakes but the games ~RUMBLEPITz

Currently I am logged into the LOL site. When I try to open a ticket, it says An unknown error has occurred. Please wait a minute or so before trying again. It has been over 5 hours and it still tells me the same thing. Is there a way to get past this? I am just trying to get the Garen skin for following on twitter.
