Issue Submitting Support Ticket

UPDATE 2018-04-06 I was informed that this bug should've been resolved at the beginning of this week. I just finished testing the steps that used to reproduce the bug and it allows me to submit a request now. For those who ran into this specific bug previously, can you test it out to see if you're still unable to submit a ticket?

Hey everyone,

I've been checking on a few reports on the Boards where you guys have had difficulties submitting a request through the Support Site--mainly when you try to submit a ticket, the website requests that you log in even though you were already logged in on the League of Legends website. After checking with one of the engineers, it looks like this is due to a bug where if you're previously logged in on the League of Legends website (eg. the Boards), it's not making a seamless transition to the Support Site.

As such, the navigation bar on top will notice you're still logged in, but when you try to submit a support ticket, the site will request that you log in. While this is being investigated by our engineer, you can work around this by logging out of the League of Legends website and logging into the Support Site before submitting your support ticket.

OMG thank you for finally looking into this! It has been happening for like, ever. I thought it was an intended thing so I didn't bother complaining before. But it's good to know that it is being looked into.

This game has turned into a pathetic joke. I was put on a 14 day suspension for cursing. Not cursing out a player, cursing out loud in chat at my mistakes being funny. GJ ruining your game by banning people for no reason. If cursing gets everybody banned and chat restricted lets not be dumb, stop letting curse words go through in chat. Pathetic, everybody at riot.

If you get auto filled to jungle and you just don't think about your Summoner spells then you won't remember to change your spell to Smite which is essential to jungling if you don't take Smite you can't even jungle and you make your team pretty much just lose the game so will you please put a warning or automatically change a Summoner to smte to help with this problem Thank you: Chase Crabtree P. S. Love league of legends keep bringing great content and maybe a updated graphics setting that's optional for computers that can handle it? Just a thought

It will not allow me to choose a board to post my discussion to, but i would like to talk to a rioter about my ban, i know i was toxic, and i regret what i said, i genuinely feel bad, but this is the first punishment i have received in over a year and it was a straight perm ban, i will gladly post chat logs, but i feel as if the perm ban was excessive, and the fear of me losing my account with the money i have put into it has made me rethink what i say, again i am deeply sorry and if possible i would like a follow up by a rioter, thank you.

i couldnt comment to the 2019 new ranged changes maybe there is some bug or something anyway about the victorious reward it would be great if at the end of the season all players can vote about 5 champions for the skin that they want or you can make 5 victorious skins of the most voted ones and give to each one the skin that they most voted for

today I lost a total of 40 LP due to league client crashing on top of the lose of 40 LP I received a leaver buster for your game crashing on top of the problems of the game crashing in games I deal with freezing not cause my fps dropped or I have a crap pc the game just freezes sometimes when in teamfights sometimes in lane even when playing jungle I looked it up on youtube is there a way to stop this problem from happening and can it be fixed apparently not its a problem with the game fix ASAP I'm tired of losing LP and games in general for not my own mistakes but the games ~RUMBLEPITz

Currently I am logged into the LOL site. When I try to open a ticket, it says An unknown error has occurred. Please wait a minute or so before trying again. It has been over 5 hours and it still tells me the same thing. Is there a way to get past this? I am just trying to get the Garen skin for following on twitter.

It is NOT fixed! I can't submit tickets/requests and haven't been able to do so for as far as i can remember because i do not use this website wery often. But every time i've felt like submiting a request this "bugg" has allways been there. So no, RIOT Games have not fixed this bugg. And its the only way to Contact them also wich makes it even more.. what do you say? TILTING?!
