How is Dopa banned for elo boosting harder than a toxic troll ddoser? DDOS is an actual crime if I'm not mistaken.

C9 Jensen didn't get his old accounts released, he had to level up a new account.

Jensen was just suspended from competitve play for a period of time.

Both of those accounts were banned, there is no difference. Not one is harder than the other.

Note that the ban on Jensen was indefinite, not permanent. At this point, it has been 3 years since Jensen's accounts were banned, and there was a period of 2 years before Jensen was picked up by Cloud9. So in reality there really isn't that much of a difference in punishments between the two players.

Also keep in mind we are comparing Riot Korea with Riot Europe. Korea (I would imagine) is going to be more heavy handed in punishments due to the competitiveness of the region.
