Banned with no explanation.

Hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience to what i've had. So last night i tried to log onto league and had a notification pop up saying i was permabanned which really strikes me as odd because i've never gotten a ban of any kind. So i check my email and nothing, so i submitted a ticket to riot asking them to just kind of give me an explanation of what's going on, and i haven't heard from them in almost 24 hours now. I for sure haven't been toxic at all recently at least not within the last like 6 months. And to the best of my knowledge i haven't broken any rules, and i have no idea what i would have had to do to get permabanned right off the bat without knowing. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on what i can do please get back to me.

You put in a ticket with support. That's the correct response to being banned unexpectedly. Wait for their response and don't bump your ticket.

It sounds like you didn't receive a reform card with your chat when you logged in. That points to it not being a ban for toxicity. It was probably temporarily locked for your protection because Riot detected someone trying to log in from an unexpected location.

Riot tends to make stuff up randomly. If you're unlucky and a lot of people report you for no reason then that's probably why you're banned. I have a chat restriction because I told people not to troll. They didn't even give me a chat long or anything so I was really confused as to why I had a chat restriction. I asked riot via the online contact us support and Cammy basically said it's cause I was telling people to stop trolling instead of playing the game which to me sounds like some bs (especially because they didn't even give me a chatlog or anything). They just make stuff up as they go, anyways good luck making a new account

Have you used scripts/bots/any other applications that hook into LoL? Have you let someone else play on your account?

A lot of players post this same topic, but I have a feeling you are sincere. I have heard a case where Riot unbanned an account because it was preventing some type of hacking. When the owner provided proper registration documents, it was unbanned. There is a post here on the boards about it.

Depending on volume of tickets, it can take up to 48 hrs for them to respond.
