why riot dosnt give players more options let players choose if they gonna use voice chat with randoms or not they got chat its not a team game if u cant't talk with voice to ur team mates in online game in 2019 u guys make people talk in chat to ban them in low elo there just flame in chat or gg wp at the end of the game no one use chat for say anything about the game like gank or stop them from recalling or dive them even if someone flamed send warning message give them option to choose between chat restriction for months or honor locked give the people option to move HUD or costumize it for me i dont like to see my abilities in bottom of screen or i want it smaller i just give exemples for this big company

Riot will never enable voice chat between players who are not in a party. There's just too many issues when it comes to moderation there.

First, there's the issue of accuracy. An algorithm would need to either be more lenient than Riot is willing to accept to avoid false positives, or keep it just as strict as it is for text chat and get a shitload of false positives, with things like "kill the Pyke" being misinterpreted as antisemitism or homophobia. Second, the algorithm would treat people who speak in different ways differently, opening Riot up to accusations of sexism, racism and ableism that they simply do not want to deal with.

I was exposed to Xbox-live enough to know that I don't want voice-chat with strangers who are able to avoid the social repercussions of being an absolute knob.

I usually ping for all those things you suggest people use chat for. Its easier and I dont have to feel like im playing with kids and people i want nothing to do with... which is how it feels with voice chat.

After playing in fighting games lobbies on PSN, and Playing ranked overwatch...I really don't think people would like this.
