chat restriction

Look I don't really care about the chat restriction but I was honor level 5 </3 and I would at least like to know why I was punished even and the other player wasn't. I believe I was only rude to the intentionally feeding player. If you are stuck in a close game for 50 minutes with a player that is intentionally trying to let the other team win it becomes frustrating. I only have my chat but the Twisted Fate didn't say much, just threw some minor insults and started stealing some and executing to jungle minions, then walking down mid lane to die. He ended up with 17 deaths, but the enemy team started to ignore him in favor of team fighting our team which actually let him right click towers and at least let him get some objectives late game.

Here I say something sarcastic but it was at least constructive criticism. If I was incorrect in my analysis he could say why or just ignore me, it wasn't that inciting.

This is where the twisted fate started calling me retarded. I ask him why I am wrong, and he just continues to call me retarded.

Here I ask them to report the Twisted fate after he starts to intentionally throw the game which is against the summoner code. I want to surrender at 15 minutes to save time and avoid the 4v5 but my team refuses.

Here the Gangplank defends the Twisted fate executing in jungle for some reason. I was behind early so maybe it was because I didn't gank much yet.

Here some of our team is doing well so I give up on surrendering and try to win with them. Twisted Fate continues to run it down mid lane with minions or uses his ultimate to die faster. most of this chat is just comments on how the game is going and exclaiming how close some fights are.

Here the enemy team does some light banter and says they are going to report me for deleting some of their carries. I respond in kind.

Here after 50 minutes I'm a little more toxic, but the game is close and it just makes it more frustrating that the twisted fate is just right clicking down a lane, making us fight 4v5. He stops intentionally feeding at this point and at least gets some objectives but the damage is done and being stuck in a game for this long with this toxic player is infuriating.

Yes, I curse a lot, but 9/10 of it is just interjections on how close some fights are, or light hearted banter. If players are offended by this, there are options to censor chat or they can mute me. I typed more than usual this game because players were name calling me for giving constructive criticism (even if it was a bit sarcastic) without even trying to tell me why I was wrong (making me a better player). The 4 times I was inappropriate in my opinion was when I said "stfu" after they called me retarded, 2 times telling Twisted Fate to group at the end after 50 minutes of him intentionally feeding, and post game which I could have articulated better. If I was punished for "fk" or the other interjections I used I would like to know so I can refrain from using them anymore. However, I do believe that is redundant since league offers great options to avoid getting offended from cursing and since so many players do curse it doesn't seem like a reported-able offense unless you are using curse words to insult people. Or did I just go slightly too far at the end? I did let frustration get the better of me but I think 50 minutes of someone trolling you can make lots of people angry.
