^This is all insulting behavior that will definitely earn a punishment.

^This is a zero-tolerance offense that earns a highly escalated punishment.

In short, if you had had ANY punishments before, this is a deserved permanent ban.

Presumably you've had a 14-day ban in the past - this comes with a warning that **any ** further punishments will result in a permanent ban. Your chat is definitely punishment worthy, and since you were already on your last chance unfortunately that means the next step is permanent ban.

If you haven't had any previous punishments then I would agree a permaban is harsh.
