Have you ever sat on a chair, playing LoL, and after a bad game you wonder: "Hmm, did anyone read the Summoner's Code before installing the game?". Now i'm not crying because people say EZ on chat (oh wait...), but just saying, has Riot wondered about the Summoner's Code and the people who actually read it before installing?
If anybody needs a CliffsNotes version of it:

I think that is more of a culture thing with USA (and outside of it even) :P I mean, who really reads every Terms of Use/Service when you sign up for something or buy something?
If people got more into that habit I think reading the Summoner's Code wouldn't be an issue haha. But no one is taught anywhere at a young age to read ToS/ToU documents, nor even told how to decipher/understand them.
(I swear some contracts I have seen are written so confusingly that I wonder how they could even type it themselves without getting lost...)
