Okay Riot I don't know what happened but I got a email from you and it said " Your account: copycats7 was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client." I mean what "malicious" 3rd party programs did I use ? I don't even know by myself. And more importantly, my account is now permanently suspended. Jesus, can anyone explain to me or help me plz! I don't wanna lose my account for no reason. I sent a ticket to the support but there's no answer from them. I'm a PBE tester as well. So you think I'm going to hack in to do something dirty, you're totally wrong. Thank you.

When Riot bans for malicious 3rd party programs, they've already made the decision that you've been using a program to give yourself an unfair advantage.

Here's the rub, it's in the best interest of the game as a whole to not tell you the exact program they think you were using. Programmers making these cheat programs try their damn hardest to make them undetectable (otherwise they're pretty worthless). So if they believe that their program is compromised, it's time to change the program.

And when they change their program, it's harder to catch them and it's worse for everyone who doesn't cheat.

So there's the reason that Riot doesn't give that information easily. They even wait a while after detecting the program just to make it even less apparent what program Riot is banning the player for.

If Riot is convinced that you used a 3rd party program to cheat, there's no reason to tell you how they came to this decision. It's not like you could accedentally use a program to cheat at the game. Revealing their methods can only undermine their goal of keeping the game cheater free.

You're only choice is to continue to bother player support (if you're actually innocent) and hope that it was just a ban issued in error.

Option B that gets you banned for this is account sharing/boosting. If you paid a booster to boost your account (which is also a bannable offense) the booster most likely used scrpts and cheats to win games and get the account mmr to the level you paid them to boost it to.

In the end the only person that should ever log into your account is you. Not your brother/sister or best friend or teacher or anymlone. You and only you should log in and thats it.
