How Is This Fair?

How is this fair? I play a ranked game and someone is afk from the start. I do very good for being an adc without a support and we get into mid game. Then, my team starts being toxic and threatens to report me because I'm telling them to surrender. I'm so sick and tired of noobs and trolls in this game.

asking for surrender .. maybe could be handled as negative attitude ... threatening with report IS a report reason, as is beeing AFK...

And then Riot punishes me because I told my team they were being fucking childish, instead of punishing the afk and my team who started this mess in the first place.
