I was playing a couple games here and there and was jokingly mocking our jungler, he got pretty upset and called me some names, but I apologized after the game. While in trying to get another game set up, I was permanently banned, after months without any sort of suspension. What is this? I actually reformed and I get rekt by the Tribunal. ???
Deep Terror Nami3 votesIf you had punishments some months ago you might still not have dropped down the punishment tiers yet. You might also have skipped punishment tiers for extremely toxic behavior that warranted it. Could you share your reform card?

Deep Terror Nami2 votesIt's the thing that pops up in your client when you get punished, and tells you what the punishment was for. If it was for chat offenses it will include 1-3 games of your chat logs, and it should be sent to your email as well.

Deep Terror Nami2 votesYou might want to submit a Support Ticket to get more information. Make sure your email is verified first by going to your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and that Riot Games is whitelisted in your email so it's not sent to your spam folder.
