ATTENTION RIOT: Big problem with the feedback system

So my main recently got banned bc of a troll Shaco that decided to go into a ranked game and not say a word, however he would follow me around the jungle last hitting the jungle monster I was fighting (and yes he had smite also). I offered to go support and when I did he also followed me bottom. Everywhere i went he decided to just go and troll without saying a word. I repeatedly asked my team to report Shaco and instead Shaco reports me and my main gets banned. Because I was getting trolled my farm and level suffered and my team got slaughtered and since Shaco can evade like no other (except maybe LB) his kd ratio was about even. Why is this allowed? Why did I get banned when i was the victim and my play suffered bc of this troll Shaco's play? My point is the feedback system literally doesn't catch you if you a) don't speak and b) don't intentionally feed. If you just do random things in game that are extremely frowned upon nothing bad will happen to you, and what's worse is that the person who is getting trolled will probably say something out of frustration and get banned. Something has to be done bc this is a pretty big oversight in terms of how the current feedback system "catches" who is actually trolling or being toxic.

sigh. we've said it before, and we'll say it again:

  1. accounts are NEVER (rarely?) banned due to 1 incident. It has to be a continuing pattern of behavior.

  2. prior to an actual ban, a team of riot scientist go over ever minute detail of your League Life in order to make an objectively based assessment as to whether or not the ban is truly deserved.

he would follow me around the jungle last hitting the jungle monster I was fighting (and yes he had smite also).

sounds like he had it half right, in terms of not saying a word.

...in all seriousness though, you're right, however your conclusion, that the entire system needs to go, because it's imperfect is a little silly. At this point, I'm happy whatever little bit riot is doing in this regard.

I think while it is frustrating to see the troll evolve in this manner, I think on the other hand it's a good thing since it shows that they are feeling some pressure in regards to their behavior.

Normal story. Maybe banning is a way that Riot finds only those players willing to beg to pay their game? I have quit playing for several months twice already because of false reports. Don't be heart broken because they don't want your money. I am happy playing for free for the short time available before the next unwarranted warning of suspension. I actually have to stop myself from buying rp because there is no guarantee that I will be able to play tomorrow.

Welcome to riots failure of a system. No matter what you put in the report box, a riot employee will not read it unless the chat itself triggers it to be looked at. For a person as you described to not say a word, riot will NEVER look at his account, never see his trolling, and even if you report him as intentional feeding via stealing your farm, riot will do nothing about it.
