Unfair Punishment
My computer crashed during an online game which was completely out of my power and I come back and once the game is over I get 5 game punishment. Please lift this because it's really just stupid.

Leaverbuster doesn't punish you for a single instance of leaving a game. It only punishes you when you show a history of leaving/going AFK in multiple games. Riot knows that sometimes shit happens, and sometimes it's out of our control, which is why they built some leniency into the system. If you were punished, then you have used up that leniency and then some.
Also, something to note is that Leaverbuster doesn't just catch people who straight up leave/get disconnected from the game. It also catches people who are in the game but stand idle in a single spot for an extended period of time, run around the base doing absolutely nothing useful, and more.
Now, if you are having technical problems that cause you to leave enough games to get punished by the Leaverbuster, whether it's your computer, internet or anything else, then it's up to you figure out what the problem is and find a solution for it. Don't just queue up and hope that nothing crashes.
This is one of the most common perspectives that seem to be absolutely right on first glance but couldn't be more deceiving. I used to think exactly the same way you do until I look at things from 3rd person perspective. Consider the following example which I've used in another post before:
By queue'ing, you've promised your participation as part of the team. It is your responsibility to make sure you participate, and your teammates have no reason to suffer due to your lack of contribution regardless of circumstances.
Yes, unforeseenable real life issues happen. Technical difficulties occur. Heck, the city could've gone blackout and you're a pissed off victim as well rather than the one to blame. However, you need to realize those circumstances only make your absence understandable and morally acceptable. Most ppl will forgive you, but it doesn't change the fact that they were hurt as a result of your absense and consequences would follow to make sure others won't afk unless there's nothing they can do(technical difficulties beyond their control) or they, on top of knowing punishment will follow, still deem it absolutely necessary to be absent from game (real life emergencies) even if they have to pay the price.
