Pls Dont hold on my account the leave buster option, becouse i have hot spot and my handy make off. and i have all time lave buster,and i dont leave the game,the game will be not restarted after my internet away. if i restart klient i cant going back to game and thsi is not my prblem! pc restart + game restart its 1.5 min.So make a something to fix it and i no need more leave buster !! You want them to turn the leaver buster on your account off? First off, I don't think they can do that. Second thing kinda sucks, Leaver Buster can't tell the difference between you intentionally disconnecting and your internet/computer being really bad. There's no way to effectively punish people intentionally disconnecting while leaving the people with internet/computer issues alone.
I may not be understanding your post completely but it sounds like you're not loading in right or you crash out of the game. The game won't load up after your internet disconnects? When you restart the client it doesn't give you the option of going back into the game? Is this after 3 minutes into the game, because if you don't connect within 3 minutes your team can remake the game which ends the game immediately.
They can't make something to fix your issue because it's not on Riot's end. Millions of games happen everyday and most of them don't end up as a remake. You need to troubleshoot your set up to fix the problem that is causing your connection issues. I'm no tech expert but some good starting places are.
Look into upgrading your internet. If you're playing on public wifi or a data plan hotspot you're going to have issues, there's no way that connection can be fast/stable enough for a live multiplayer online game. If it's a home network ideally you should be running on an ethernet cable rather than wifi, also look into how many devices are using the network and how the priorities are set up (I had issues with my network prioritizing my husbands phone over my PC for quite a while).
Check out your computer itself, does it meet minimum requirements to run league? Can you change LOL settings to reduce the load on your system? Are you running a lot of programs at the same time as league? Do you have an antivirus/firewall set up and is it blocking LOL? Are all your drivers up to date? Did your husband overclock your computer past your monitors max refresh rate, resulting in your monitor turning itself off any time a LOL match starts? (Sorry, maybe that's just me.)

Something which has helped me in the past, if your set up is fine but your internet is sometimes kinda flaky (in my case I've had issues when my internet company has upgraded or done work in my area). I would start the day with a Co-op vs AI or an ARAM match as those game modes don't have a remake option, so you'll have extra time to load in or tinker with your settings. If you have connection issues or don't connect it'll still flag the leaver buster system but it's not gonna smack you with a Remake (which in a ranked game will cause you to lose LP).
