not sure you can try it but if riot deems it offensive they'll give u a free name change to change it

the average LoL player probably hasn't gotten to a grade that teaches world history yet, so they won't recognize it, so you should be OK
They don't ban you for an inappropriate name, they just force you to change it once it is discovered.
