Problems with ranked draft dodgers to "possibly" gain a ban advantage

Soooo. tell me its not weird how people will sit and wait after hitting a button that confirms the fact the want to SIT and play a match, to only hit decline or dodge? is it for the rest of us to wait? or for your morg ban to not be there hopefully. EX. Your in ranked draft and after all picks are over someone leaves. faster than light speed the queue is ready again and your champ is now banned along with 75% of the champs picked last draft and notice your team is almost half comprised of the same folks.

Anyone else feeling me here? can we fix this?

well there is already a fix 2 dodges in a row and you can't play for half an hour

people dodge because they opgg their team mates and if your mid is jingle main and your jungle main is adc you have practically no chance at winning so they just dodge and wait 5-30min and save themselves 15 lp now it's annoying when they target ban you right after but you can just decline the queue after someone dodges and re-queue 1 minute later queues don't last for more than 4-5 minutes anyway

If you want good replies and good discussion in threads like this, in addition to explaining the problem and what you feel isn't working, you should put forth some thoughts about what could be changed to fix it.

We all know it's frustrating when a game doesn't start, but really, the only thing you've lost is a few minutes and the person who dodged is probably someone you didn't want in your game or on your team anyway. Consider it dodging a bullet.

As Ornndyr2k19 said, if people dodge too much, they get blocked from playing for longer periods. Sometimes it makes the most sense for someone to take the -3LP than be in a game they're not feeling. Ya feel me?

I truly only dodge if the team falls apart in pre-game chat or I see I'm queued up with multiple people with abysmal winrates. If I see a 30% WR mid main that was clearly autofilled jungle then I'll take the -3 LP and the wait.
