Instead of getting banned

I got permabanned for being ''toxic''. Even saying things like '' You're a better ADC then top'' or defending myself from harassment and the sexists bastards just for being a girl i was also being toxic. Apparently. I would like my account back and i find it to be utterly disgusting for the amount of money i spent on the game to basically be wasted. LoL is a good game. But the system is garbage. They used to have votes now they have stupid bots that only detect curse words. Instead of a new rework every 2 months or a new champion every week why not put your millions into a better system. i got no email and my last complaint of 2 week ban they basically told me everyone else is going to drown me out. I didn't think that blunt statements were known as toxic. I think instead of Riot giving permabans they should give permamutes. Its a waste to spend money into a game that gets taken away from you. Along with it should be a certain amount of games you can play in a certain amount of time. What do you guys think about these permabans because from my thoughts i think it is a terrible way to ''punish'' someone. What other ideas do you guys have instead of this way to punish players?
