Login Error- Permanently suspended

I was dc'd from the league client after I finished a game. I had wondered why this would be. So when I went to log in after this happened, I was greeted with this lovely message. It says that my account has been permanently suspended and to check the email associated with the account. I checked the email of the account and here it's been over 4 hours and I've yet to receive an email. I know this cannot be because of toxicity, because I'd first need to be chat restricted and then two week banned, before I get to a permanent ban.

I had read on their FAQ that they will suspend accounts that they think might have had suspicious account activity. Which got my mind wondering, because earlier today I had installed and used hide me vpn to see if I could connect to skrill.com without the error I was getting before. I forgot to turn it off before I got into another league game. I was able to turn it off mid loading ( I noticed the vpn gave me 284 ping ), and reconnected to my original IP. I wonder if that set off an alarm, because I was technically using two ip's to log onto one account.

I have submitted a riot support ticket but I assume I won't get an automated message for another good 2-3 days. I've been trying to look all over the internet to see if other people had this problem. I just know that if I were to of been permanently banned for something I did that was against ToS or the summoner's code, riot would of had no problem sending me an email letting me know what I did wrong. Since they've said nothing, it makes me think it has to do with the VPN thing.

You can submit a Support Ticket and get information on what the ban was about, and contest it if it was in error. Let them know about the VPN, but don't assume that was the issue.

May I suggest checking your spam folder? Sometimes the email (as to why it might have happened) gets automatically sent there due to how the sorting system of Emails work. Hope this helps! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Only thing in my spam folder is riot support letting me know that they have an unusually high queue in their ticket list. I already said I submitted a support ticket. I was looking to see if anyone else has ever had this happened for a reason similar or anything. I'm just really curious because if it was for player behavior, I would of gotten an email telling me how I'm part of the .2% of blah blah blah.

Yeah, I'm just sort of down. This is about the only game that I really play anymore. So an unjustified random permanent ban with no reason behind it, is pretty deppressing..
