This player should be immediately banned

So I just came from playing a game with this player and the amount of anger and hate I feel for having spent 30+ minutes of my life wasted all because this guy decides to ruin a gaming experience for everyone by his conduct is frustrating. Basically this guy did not say a single, bloody word during champ select or when we were in game. We didn't upset him or did anything out of the way at all. As soon as the game started, he bought boots and immediately ran it down mid, constantly giving the mid laner and whoever else was present kills, over and over and over and over again. We even asked him if he was alright and etc. But he/she gave no answer. Just sat in fountain, then when he felt like it ran down a lane and proceeded to feed the enemy team. All we can do is just watch helplessly. This is just plain, downright frustrating and makes the gaming experience just plain bitter. I even took a look as his op.gg and my game was not the only one where he has done such a thing. The evidence speaks for itself. He should be permabanned because its not fair to me and my teammates who all decided to come together to play a good game, all for a moron to just ruin it. all because he felt like it at the time. Its not fair or right.
