is there any way to unban account that was banned for toxic reasons 1 year a go. i understood my behavior, and wont be so toxic any more. i miss league

Riot does not currently have any way to reverse a properly applied account punishment, and they have said they have no plans of changing that policy. I'm sorry I can't bring you better news.

Tyler1 is:

Subject to an ID ban instead of a normal ban. EVERY account he plays on is immediately banned, while a normal player can start with a new account.
Not necessarily getting unbanned. All Riot has done is say that an ID ban is something they are willing to have lifted.
Not getting his old accounts back, even if he is unbanned. All he will get is the ability to start a new account.

Tyler1 is a special case. He is under what Riot is coining an ID ban. This means that any time he is caught playing on an account, it gets banned instantly regardless of his behavior.

What Tyler1 is currently facing is a trial to get this ID ban removed so he can stream league again.

None of Tyler1's previously permabanned accounts will be unbanned as a result of this.
