So i played an aram and one of the enemy team is having issues on moving, as in he couldn't move so he typed in all chat and says something like "ppl needs to stop ddosing". i thought he meant that as a joke so i bullied him by saying "get ddosed by mah bullets xd" after i killed him. (i said bullets cos i was playing jhin lmao). he suddenly said that he will report me after i bullied/harass(in a friendly way) also saying that i'm openly admitted to 'ddosing' him and using 3rd party program, which i clearly not cos i don't even know what ddos is LOL.

So yeah will i get banned forever just because of me saying 'get ddosed by mah bullets xd' that made him triggered and also accusing me doing ddos to him? lol

Most likely not. Riot's servers are just messed up now, so I doubt they are taking DDoS, AFK/DC, etc. reports in game seriously. That said, nobody can say 100% you won't get flagged...and defending against it as "I was lying in game" probably isn't convincing. And even if they thought you were telling the truth now, you're taunting/provoking another player, which is against the summoner's code and can get you punished anyway.

tldr; You should be perfectly fine, but don't do something stupid like that again...it's not worth it. XD
