I JUST GOT A PERMABAN.............

So I haven't played this game for a super long time, but I have played since the start of season 4, and today I received a permanent ban to my account... I will admit there are games that I will go on tilt, and occasionally say something that could be found offensive, but the fact that I put over $400 into this game and I got permabanned kind of upsets me. I understand that just because I spent money on the game doesn't make me above the rules, but they could have just given me a chat restriction or a 14 day suspension.... Please Riot.... All I ask is that you get rid of the permaban... Give me a permanent chat restriction, or something. But please unban my count. I have spent a lot of time on this game, and don't want to see it all go to waste....

Hey RadioactiveWind,

They start with a 10 and 25 chat restriction, then do a 14 day ban before permabanning typically. Only in the case of extremely toxic behavior will they move straight to a permaban, and those are dealt directly by a Rioter after investigating reports against you.

If you think the punishment was done in error (such as permaban for a first time minor offense, or nothing at all), you can contest the ban through a Support Ticket. If you want to discuss your behavior here, I'd suggest sharing your Reform Card, and if you didn't get one (due to getting a ban directly from a Rioter) you can ask for it in a ticket.

there is a huge lawsuit against riot right now for them banning people permanently. they will be forced to pay all money back to players with perma bans or reset bans all together. get a lawyer like i did, you will get your money back soon.
