i got suspended permanently for using 3rd party programs?

I'd like to know that what makes riot think that i have used 3rd party programs. i have never used 3rd party programs in LoL (League of Legends) and i have playing playing for a year now. i want to know why Riot Games think i have been using 3rd party programs. Yesterday 8/11/2016 i was having a normal day playing league but then i log in today 8/12/2016 i haven been suspended for no reason. Im not sure if this was a mistake or not but i would like Riot Games to reply if this was a accident and get my account back so i can play LoL again.

I wish if they give me a reason why they banned me by that reason. They wont give any reason and they just reply that they trust their right to do that. no more, i can see how increasing the post about the ban perm in this bot. 30mins one post about this one. Now they banned my 2 accounts and i plan to play another game, this shiit LoL is not as before.

I will just say normally when these occur someone was scripting, or using something such as to give themselves an advantage.

RIOT heavily reviews these cases by hand and normally makes no mistake within this type of situation.
