No email to tell me the reason I got perm banned

I got permanent banned and I didn't get the email that was suppose to be sent to my email address. I need to know why I got perm banned for no reason. Thank you.

Hey ba choice,

I double checked tonight and it looks like your account was caught in one of our waves targeting accounts that were botted to level 30 and then sold. Unfortunately this means it is permanently locked and can no longer be used.

You clearly misinterpreted the context of my statement.

I enjoy watching people who've been punished squirm, wondering what a perfect soul like themselves could've done to get a perma ban.

Also I don't troll bae. Not when it's gonna cost mah team enjoyment. But braum jungle is still fun, cos I get to pulverize the smug expressions off the faces of those who doubt its strength.

The account used bots to level up and he then purchased the lvl 30 account.

But why does it take so long to figure out if the account was botted? Cz his last 21 days of match history shows normal matches, so does it take roughly a month to find one?

First, if you haven't done so already, make sure that it's the e-mail associated with the banned account, and also check the spam folder. If you still can't find the e-mail, then you can submit a support ticket asking for the information regarding your ban.
