No email to tell me the reason I got perm banned
I got permanent banned and I didn't get the email that was suppose to be sent to my email address. I need to know why I got perm banned for no reason. Thank you.

I double checked tonight and it looks like your account was caught in one of our waves targeting accounts that were botted to level 30 and then sold. Unfortunately this means it is permanently locked and can no longer be used.
First, if you haven't done so already, make sure that it's the e-mail associated with the banned account, and also check the spam folder. If you still can't find the e-mail, then you can submit a support ticket asking for the information regarding your ban.
