Im 10/2 as Jax. My garen quite literally spam pings me and starts inting because I didn't camp his lane. He actually starts farming my camps, flashes in spawn, sells items and starts running into the enemy. I had not said a SINGLE word the entire game before any of this. He has not spoken a word, and he will receive no punishment, guaranteed.
Well, hopefully you reported him. It might not fall under "intentionally feeding" but crap like using summs out of combat does indicate not trying to win.
And you know that he wont receive a punishment how exactly?
If you reported them for inting/griefing, their behavior will be reviewed. Typically manually, this the review takes a longer time.
starts farming my camps - nothing punishable with someone farming jungle camps on either side. Jg does not own any camps nor does laners own any minions. Someone taking jg camp or lane creep is not punishable even if doing it intentionally or otherwise.
flashes in spawn - while you may know he's trolling, how does the system differentiate this from someone accidentally uses flash or any other summ? I've accidentally flashes in the fountain many times when trying to type to team without pressing the enter key first (uses ult and other spells too). It's not indicative of a troll or at least not easily detectable.
sells items and starts running into the enemy - THIS would get someone detected by the int detection system IF someone doing it blatantly
Did you report? On what basis do you guaranteed that he will receive no punishment? Or do you just "feel" it?
One game of doing poorly isn't grounds for a ban, sorry.
Hehe Riot will just go with the "bad game" things, and ofc not handling out any punishment. Inters are almost never punished.
