So I got banned permanently for this conversation with the opposing team, and my team. Please share/like/support or whatever you want to help me. In the beginning, they were being rude, to my team, so i decided to stick up for them. I later muted them, and I told them i would, so they probably got salty and tried to ban me, just like every other person who is a bully, and succeeded on banning me >>. Anyways, Riot should change the way the staff looks at the ban reports, if any actually do, so here is the chat log. Game 1 Thomas2443: ? If I'm reading your chat log correctly you called someone a homophobic slur, which is generally grounds for an immediate escalation. You spent about half your time complaining about the game and insulting your teammates, which is significantly more negative than the vast majority of the community.

Irrelevant. People worse than this are usually escalated straight from nothing to a ban of some sort due to overwhelming toxicity, so I'm not sure it's entirely wise for you to be making that comparison to yourself.

This punishment is 100% warranted, and Riot will not be lifting the punishment from your account.

You really deserve your permaban, and I'm happy to see the system is working. It doesn't matter if you're "tame compared to what you used to be" tame you is still an ass, and still toxic.

You've had a 10 game chat restriction, 25 game, and probably a 14 day ban as well for you to get the picture that this isn't how you're supposed to talk to other people, and it's obviously been consistent enough to get you in trouble at all. I have occasional games where i flip my lid, but I don't do it consistently to have a punishment. Most ive had is a 10 game restriction, and on the restriction i realized that apparently even im not cussing or throwing insults at anyone, I can still be punished for telling people ill be reporting them and telling them why I find xyz behavior unacceptable.

At one point I was permabanned myself, and NOW I'm actually always actively working on being a better player over all, communication wise and what not. When people are toxic to me, it just puts me in an even worse mood, so I will /mute all before arguing on with someone anymore these days.

Take my last game, I had a ziggs complaining that I wasn't warding enough. I reminded him I can only put 3 down, I already had a pink, and he can ward as well. Being support doesn't mean it's solely my responsibility. When our top laner told me to "stfu" because i said mid being taken was more important than farming bot, I just /mute all and did my best to not personally feed and maintain a good KDA. Never talked to them again for the rest of the game, meanwhile they spammed pings at me. We lost, I had second most gold, the only good KDA on the team, and I still got reported for offensive language. While I'm not worried because I didn't curse, didn't berate them, didn't insult them, I just muted them.

You'd be surprised how much calmer games are when you don't see people repeatedly typing unconstructive things to you, win or lose. Arguing back of any kind isn't allowed, because regardless of "who started it" it's your responsibility to not keep the argument going by being toxic back.

Your permaban is definitely deserved, I would've reported you this game myself. Your next option is to start a new account and try to keep yourself under control in the future if you decide to keep playing. Best of luck

You also have to realize that perma banning people is part of riot's business model to make that $$$$$$$ Cause they know the player will eventually buy all of the skins they had. Plus, since the leveling process sucks and you need to save IP for over costed runes and rune pages, many people will just buy back their champs with money rather than wait to save 6300 extra ip anyways.

If they truly cared about players and reforming then they wouldn't ban or suspend anyone. There are other ways to do it, that let people keep their accounts and keep playing ( aside from chat restrictions).
