RIOT banned an account without reason

A week ago Riot bans my brothers account for absolutely no reason, claiming that he has hacked the game. He's 16, has no idea how to hack first of all, and after 3 emails he gets no reply from Riot, big surprise. YET I post ONE status about it online and it gets removed within 5 minutes.

Riot, you claim to be about the community and fairness, yet this is the kind of crap you pull? My brother lost hundreds of dollars in skins and years of his life on that account, and you can't even have the decency to own up to your own mistakes.

"Hacked" makes it sound like much more than it is. 3rd party programs that give players an unfair edge doesn't require any more technical knowledge than just knowing how to download and run a program.

Yes but the problem with that is that we don't use any other programs, not even curse because we all game in the same room. Which is why it's complete bullshit

From the perspective of anyone besides Riot and yourself, it's your word against theirs. Riot doesn't reveal their detection methods for the understandable reason that unknown detection methods can still be used. And you can't exactly prove that 3rd party cheats wasn't used.

So it's between you and Riot at this point, other random users don't have knowledge over the situation to give a fully informed opinion one way or another.
