RIOT banned an account without reason

A week ago Riot bans my brothers account for absolutely no reason, claiming that he has hacked the game. He's 16, has no idea how to hack first of all, and after 3 emails he gets no reply from Riot, big surprise. YET I post ONE status about it online and it gets removed within 5 minutes.

Riot, you claim to be about the community and fairness, yet this is the kind of crap you pull? My brother lost hundreds of dollars in skins and years of his life on that account, and you can't even have the decency to own up to your own mistakes.
