Stolen account

I posted here before and now again about my stolen account by the name felkesste, riot got back to me and told me basically it's not mine and they aren't giving it back.... I have no clue what to do at this point I sent them everything I could my PayPal email transaction ids the places I logged in from skins I have bought phone numbers names anything and everything I have to give. I'm so shocked right now. I have no clue what to do or how to proceed can anyone please help me get my account back I'm just so upset right now I can't think straight

I had posted 4 days ago from that account asking what to do and now I'm here locked out and being told I'm not the owner of my account I feel so I don't even know what to say just wow someone please help me.

This is beyond a forums jurisdiction.

Riot owns your account.

I provided my birthday, my name, my place of residence when I made the account, my first 6300 champ, my original email when I made the account. I made the account. All that stuff- I have it to give, goober. I didn't 'give random information'. Pay-stubs just show that you spent money on an account that wasn't yours.

If you provide the real creation email with the right transactions ID everything should be fine, ask them to check out the IPs aswell. About the first bought champions meh, everyone can get that information if you have the user:pass of the account.
