Stolen account

I posted here before and now again about my stolen account by the name felkesste, riot got back to me and told me basically it's not mine and they aren't giving it back.... I have no clue what to do at this point I sent them everything I could my PayPal email transaction ids the places I logged in from skins I have bought phone numbers names anything and everything I have to give. I'm so shocked right now. I have no clue what to do or how to proceed can anyone please help me get my account back I'm just so upset right now I can't think straight

I had posted 4 days ago from that account asking what to do and now I'm here locked out and being told I'm not the owner of my account I feel so I don't even know what to say just wow someone please help me.

This is beyond a forums jurisdiction.

Riot owns your account.

They don't own your own account unless you're not following their terms of use anymore, they can't just take your account for no reason and no proof. Yes, they can. Legally.

It probably isn't a good business practice to randomly ban your players though.

I wasn't banned someone stole my account and now riot is saying they won't get it back I guess they don't belive it's mine despite all the ip and payment info I gave them and now the guy who stole it is making posts from it saying it's his I didn't bother really to read the post it was long and whatever lie he made up I knew would just upset me so I just replied but I don't know what to do at this point I mean I answered everything they needed how do I have the transaction ideas and stuff if I'm not the owner I don't get it

Figure out how they stole your account, or they will just do it again.

Riot games owns your account, all data associated with it, etc.

You are given an exclusive license to access it which can be revoked for any or no reason by Riot at any time.

I provided my birthday, my name, my place of residence when I made the account, my first 6300 champ, my original email when I made the account. I made the account. All that stuff- I have it to give, goober. I didn't 'give random information'. Pay-stubs just show that you spent money on an account that wasn't yours.

If you provide the real creation email with the right transactions ID everything should be fine, ask them to check out the IPs aswell. About the first bought champions meh, everyone can get that information if you have the user:pass of the account.

I know!!! I have them the email it used to be connected to and then the one I had it re verified too 4 months ago... all my paypal transaction id etc and like u said once they get on the account they can just look at purchase history and easily give all that info to them.... this system is screwed if you go look on my old post whoever is on my account right now wrote some long story .... I didn't even really read it to be honest I don't care what bs he's posting on the forums from my account now I just want it back and on top of stealing it why are they posting stories here I am willing to also give my info to anyone on here who believes it's not mine and I'm the one taking it like a lot of people now are saying I gues...
