More toxic people recently?

It may just be my dumb luck, but has anyone else noticed more toxic people on the rift these last few days? I'm not talking about bad players or bad plays: those happen to the best of people. I mean just people insulting others and being mean for the heck of it. People instalocking things and blaming their whole team, two people both instalocking jungle and then hating on each other, etc.. Seems like every game the last few days has had someone on one of the teams just be.. well,_ Toxic_. was wondering if anyone else had insight as to why this may be happening, or if they had noticed it as well.

Here's my take on this.

With RIOT fucking up every patch they release, veteran LoL players leave one after the others, while the new younger players stay.

With the percentage of older players decreasing, the percentage of whiny kids is slowly increasing, thus creating the percentage of toxicity in games.

I think a lot of that will (hopefully) go away with the new champ select when it comes back online. Soon ™

Everyone is mad and salty because for the 5th time in league histrory, there is nothing pleasant or satisfying about being tossed into the crap-pile of people who generally have little skill in bronze.

Take a break for league and you get kicked square in the e-balls.

If you are playing ranked it is because of Riots terrible soft reset system with the new season. Everyone is reset. It is only natural that egotistical higher tier players would rage when they see some bronze player doing something really dumb and feeding. No one has tiers anymore so you have 30% of your player base (bronze) playing much more skilled people. It brings out alot of toxicity since Riots systems punishes or rewards everyone after a game. 1 person can ruin or carry a game and everyone either suffers along or is rewarded. Hence alot of additional negativity.
