Make the penalty for Dodje or afk on purpose not choose a champion harsher

The new system que is perfect exept the dodje afk not choose champions penaltys.. people will abuse it and we w8 30 minutes for a game to start Its ok if you choose to dodje but make penalty biger like 20 minutes penalty or more so people will think twice abuse it I want to add i am close to hit a record of 14 game i try its not start because of those que afk dodje players
