Why did I get a 2 week ban from the game when I had never been banned before?

So i got banned a few months back for 2 weeks when i had never been banned before it was in a game were I was being flamed by a duo Que bot and mid lane which were just trolling. After this game neither of these players got banned from league even though they trolled and were calling saying horrible racist things towards me and yet they get to play the game normally while i got punished. I also just learned I do not get rewards and yet these players do? Seriously do not understand this auto ban system.

Make a ticket if you think you do not deserve to be banned.

that depends of the reason of the ban.

Some racial-homophobic and some extreme cases can be an insta 2 week, and in some very rare cases, an insta perma.

Im not going to ask for logs. but if you did any of those. That may be the reason why. Also, once the ban is over. It can take no more than 1 day of still toxic behavior to be perma'd. So take your lesson.

Happens all the time. Some people get caught, some don't.
