I got chat restricted for no reason. what i said may sound toxic but i was only saying this because i was being verbally attacked by the enemy team. and even so they were more toxic than me. plz review these cases cuz its honestly bullcrap that i cant earn stuff because i was trolled or over sensitive people. i work hard every game and i cant get a chest or key? nah fuck that shit. Some even admitted to just not liking me and reporting me for no reason like one of the vaynes i was against

Defending yourself isn't an excuse for toxicity that Riot is interested in, sorry.

The thing is i wasn't even being toxic in my defense. i said bad words to refer to them but that's all they were, never did i use empty threats and never did i try to verbally abuse them or make them feel bad about themselves.

If you insulted them with hateful speech, then you qualify as displaying negative behavior and speech, which is a reportable offense. If you waged a war with flamers who were already tilted, you should have known they'd have found any excuse to report you.

Finding a way to report someone doesn't make it reasonable. A good player uses his chat to warn and help his team but i can't do that if i get reported for nothing.

If you warn your team by swearing at them and insulting them, you are flaming, and you can be reported.

It doesn't matter if others were being toxic too, even if they were more toxic. Their poor behavior does not excuse your own. You are judged on your behavior and your behavior alone. If you reported them, then they will be judged for their own behavior.

Get over it. I've been chat restricted based on a SINGLE game of negativity before I even managed to get into the next game on the same day(blind pick as a champ I suck at, and my whole team was flaming me for understandably being bad; so I blew up at them), even though in a REAL game (ranked draft), I'm positive because if I don't then the flamers on my team will make my team tilt and lose. I had to play 10 games where I wasn't able to tell my team GJ every few minutes, because Riot sucks at making their system actually work.

TL;DR Riot's system doesn't always work, but 99.9% of the time the people who are chat banned (especially repeatedly), need to be or else they'll flame all game.

I'm glad you raised this point because I'm sort of like you. I, however don't play ranked that often so blind pick and draft normals are my life. I don't like being toxic in those. I was fine with the first time i got chat banned. I was actually toxic in that one game but directly after wards i was banned for nothing.

What others say have nothing to do with what you say. You can choose to ignore them, you can choose to say things like "I'm not appreciating what you say, please stop", or you can say "you f&cktard & feeding sh&t, stop telling me what to do and kys". Yet you chose to be toxic back to them. So the punishment is yours and your fault alone.
