No, I really don't. If people are so weak minded that some random fool in an online video game offends them, then they shouldn't be playing teen rated video games. Or they could use the mute feature, or more simply just do /mute all every game like I have for the past month.

This alone won't be enough to skip punishment tiers.

There has to be a 14-day ban somewhere.

You can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them more about your punishment.
