On my 12 or 13th account that i have bought. Just ban my ip address I am sick of having to spend every game arguing with teammates who haven't even been in gold and are telling me how to play support and telling me I suck as my adc runs forward into lucian culling. From someone who only plays support /top I'm beginning to feel like inting/afking every game because the more i get banned the more angry I get when I play and im starting to realize those who afk and feed get no punishment while the kid who calls them out on their obnoxious behavior gets banned. I've been banned in a single game before. Please just ban my internet before i really start pissing off a lot of flex que groups. The more I get punished the more I want to ruin games for kids who flash under tower when enemy has heal and exhaust. BAN ME AND RID ME OF MY ADDICTION TO THIS TOXIC GAME.

They don't do IP bans due to possible collateral damage (banning players that aren't the target). Would you mind taking the time to submit a Support Ticket to see what they can do for you?

I seem to recall someone saying this before, but I'm not sure if it's true.... Is there a part of the system that is stricter on punishing new accounts of players who have had previous accounts banned? Like, do they reach the punishment threshold faster than a never-before reported/punished account would? (I know it's not technically a reply to your comment, but you're one of the most knowledgeable of the commenters that I see here, so I'm hoping you can clue me in!)

What you might be referring to doesn't have anything to do with punishments on prior accounts. New accounts technically do have a higher chance of punishment, in the right context; Let's say a brand new account plays 10 games, and is toxic in all 10 of them. He has been toxic in 100% of his matches, which is much more likely to trigger a review than someone that has hundreds of good/neutral behavior games under his belt then is toxic in 10 games in a row. These definitely are not numbers to quote, it's just to give a general idea of why a new account might be more easily punished.

Concerning having a new smurf on a watchlist for his prior behavior, that isn't something they have mentioned they do. It's quite difficult to effectively discover and monitor them, which is one reason player permabans like Tyler1 are so rare and why you still see them playing sometimes.
