disregardable5 votesFlaming people makes them significantly more likely to quit. When they quit, that's lost profit for Riot. If you spend $1,000 and flame in a hundred games, you've made Riot lose more potential profit than you gave them. That's why they don't give priority to paying customers.

Your account is perfectly safe, provided you follow Riot's rules. Judging by this discussion of yours, however, my guess is that you've encountered the other side of the rules a few times.

no my problem is that i want to buy some things in the game like master yi's chosen skin and a summoner icon but because of the weird account policies that Riot has and the people that i see here that get banned for no reason it makes me not want to spend anything. There are so many posts here from people that had long time to log to the game and after they return they see it perma banned, with Steam or Battle.net this is impossible to happen but here it does happen and it makes you feel unsecure and not trust Riot at all
For the other rules that you said i didn't experienced them because i am a troll, those that get punished are toxic players not us, intentional feeders don't count as trolls they are with the toxic category aswell they just get mad because of us and feed and then they get banned aswell :)

Also, do you happen to have any examples of players being banned for no reason that you've seen on the Boards? I'd be interested in taking a look, but keep in mind there's a distinct difference between "banned for no reason" and "banned for no reason in my opinion".

Yes look this for example i bumped it aswell http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/skdEgeeN-perma-ban-and-14-day-ban this is the one that troubled me and many other people the most when i read it, there are a lot more posts like these you see them coming many times every day on this specific board

If the OP on that thread is indeed innocent and his accounts were hacked, a support ticket with proof of his service and inability to access his accounts will be enough to get them unlocked. Riot very rarely makes mistakes when it comes to banning accounts, and the few times it does happen are resolved behind closed doors (via Riot Games Player Support).
I'm aware this answer seems like a cop-out, but it's just the way it is. If someone is banned and truly shouldn't be, Riot is very willing to go through and get the account reinstated. I think your feelings here may be tainted by the sheer volume of "I was wrongfully banned" threads that are subsequently proven to be hoaxes, it's very rare to see someone that actually deserves to have his/her account unlocked.

This is factually false. Your Steam account is not your property, and is indeed owned by Valve. Here are some quotes pulled directly from Steam's Subscriber Agreement

As the direct quotes I posted state, both of those companies can close an account for any reason that violates their terms; Riot treats account ownership in exactly the same way. Their legalese is different, but the end result is identical.

They ''can'' but they dont do it because its not the same, in reality a closure of a Battle.net or Steam account is impossible thats why it has never happened before to anyone while in League it happens every day

The companies have different rules, simple as that. If you don't feel comfortable with Riot's rules that's fine, but they adhere to their own policies just as strongly as Valve or Blizzard.
