Flaming people makes them significantly more likely to quit. When they quit, that's lost profit for Riot. If you spend $1,000 and flame in a hundred games, you've made Riot lose more potential profit than you gave them. That's why they don't give priority to paying customers.
If you are from EUNE there isnt any point saying that here because different moderators are for the accounts on that server, and for the money thats your fault for paying a f2p non-steam game
If you got permanently banned it is definitely your fault. You have to repeatedly being extremely toxic to get perma banned Deal with it
