Is typing ''?'' after you get a kill on someone reportable?
Lets just say i'm top i killed the opposing toplaner then i type ''?'' on all chat.

Effluent1 votesHow about you just spend money on the Blitzcrank "?" emote. That way, you can still be toxic after a kill but have no chance of getting banned since you paid for that one.
