Does anyone know how long repay.leagueoflegends will be down for?

After you log into the site it says that it's currently unavailable for your region but I have tried NA, JP, and EUW accounts and it says the same thing for each region does anyone know when it will be back up I haven't been able to play on my account for 5 days they finally sent me a message today that I have a $5 chargeback.
