Rioter help

So after coming home from my winter break i log into my league account which pops up a with a chat log and at the top it says i have been permanently banned. I couldnt understand how or why because i hadnt played on my account since thanksgiving. I have submitted a ticket but no rioter has stopped to help me out, it has been about 6 days. Also there was a 35$ transaction to my card during this time by what i must assume to be the same person that played my account. Im not sure what to do because i have heard that riot doesn't overturn these types of bans. The last ban that i received nyself was a chat ban back at the beginning of November maybe? Because i remember making a post about the option to remove chat to help people who want to reform be able to do so. But all i want is someone from riot to help me out to resolve my issue.
