Perma Ban for No Reason!

I went to log into my account and received message saying this account has been perm suspended check your email. My email has no information besides you have perma ban. I never received any warnings no emails regarding why I would get banned. I have played for almost 4 years hardly even chat in game and never flame or go off on anyone. I'm genuine confused at my situation and all I want to do is play on my account that i have spent over 150$ on and worked on for 3 years. My alt account still functions and I'm able to play on it in the meantime but it is low level and hardly any champs.

Riot really needs to update their automated suspension/banned message because they never actually send Emails anymore.

The amount you spent doesn't matter.
Have you had chat restrictions and/or a 14 day suspension?
Post your chat logs.

I think i had a 1 day suspension 3 years ago for false reports. Besides that no chat restrictions or warnings. My ticket has been opened for about 28 hours and no response from support.

Oh and 3 months ago I had to have my password changed due to a hack attempt on my account. looking at my match history no games were played while it was hacked so this might have something to do with it?

That's probably why your account had been ban. Usually when a security breech has been attempted more often than not it happens again and again. Riot locks the account to make sure they know the owner is the only one trying to get access.

So your only means to get back your account is to contact support and give them as much information that ask for.

Yeah, open a ticket, just relax for the meantime. If you weren't toxic, you're fine.

sweet I have my account back. Ty riot for the help! btw yes it must have been a hack attempt, I am guessing my email may be compromised so i switched it and talked to support. I provided alot of information and am so happy to get to play again. Thank you to everyone that posted here whether it was good information or not it helped me to stay calm till my issue was resolved. the League community that has been portrayed as "toxic" and downright mean is totally false. Most ppl I meet here are awesome, stand-up people.
