Reporting Feedback Suggestion

With toxicity a consistent problem and many players feeling reports aren’t being heard, I think more feedback on the results are needed. I appreciate the need to stagger instant feedback responses to prevent abuse, but personally, I would find it super useful to not only hear back when a penalty is issued, but also when a punishment is determined to not be warranted.

I often wonder what Riot considers punsihable and I think hearing back when something, while perhaps not the best behavior, isn’t punishable would not only help me determine what’s worth reporting but also help alleviate the influx of reports the team must receive.

Further, I think it would be useful to have a “trusted reporter” system for players that don’t abuse the system and have demonstrated the type of behavior that improves the game experience for everyone. Allowing these players greater visibility into the system (more instant feedback, etc.) would be a nice perk and help avoid losing them to tilt from dealing with toxic players. Thoughts?

It also helps trolls find out what isn't punishable but is still not good behavior. Having more reports for nonpunishable behavior doesn't "overwhelm" the system - it's not a problem.

There is no need for trusted reporter - there's no benefit to Riot for doing it and there's no benefit to the players, since Riot isn't going to give even a "trusted" player access to internal and/or private data about the systems or others' accounts.

Check out the "Monthly Report Cards" or something like that post.
