Permanently Banned for no reason?

I have no idea why I have been banned. Can the support team please help me to understand what just now happened?

Check your email to see if you were sent a notice about the ban. If not, submit a ticket to player support and they'll give you more details.

When you log in, it'll say that the account was banned with a date. Post the full date, as that tells us what you were banned for.
