Wrongfully Banned

I got an email saying this........... This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. First off what does this even mean? I have literally done nothing to be banned for. I would like Riot to elaborate why I have been suspended for two weeks. All I get is an email that says what I just put with no explanation what so ever. Then I try to appeal my ban and they remove my content saying I posted it in the wrong section. How ridiculous is your customer service!

If you want more information regarding your ban, your best bet would be to submit a support ticket. Responses from Rioters are pretty rare here on the boards.

Unfortunately, it may take a while to get a response as Player Support is almost always swamped with tickets, so do your best to be patient.

This is almost certainly a message from your email system, not Riot.

It means someone may be trying to hack your account.

Send in a support ticket to get help.

dude Riot as a whole doesnt give a shit about you, youre still a consumer of the game keep playing, whatever problems you encounter whether it be your fault or not, thats too bad. If you dint know by now they are completely garbage at player support so dont bother

they can ban you for saying " thank you have a nice day" if they want to and they still wont have to explain shit to you rofl. Thats how gaming industries are now< money is all
